CHAPTER 3 Alex
“Vivian you haven’t slept it days you won’t be able to focus if you don’t!” Alex tired to convince her but she was being too stubborn to listen. “I’m fine besides what if something happens and they’ll ask me, where were you when it happened and I’ll say oh I was sleeping! How irresponsible can you get?” He brushed his hand through his messy hair. “Everyone has there limit you can’t help it if you need rest! Besides what would they think if you couldn’t fight because you didn’t sleep?” He lifted her chin up, “Vivian I’m worried about you.” He had a sad puppy dog expression on his face which sometimes worked on her. “I don’t think so!” She smacked his hand away from her face, “I don’t need to sleep I’ll be fine!” She moved from the comfort of her bed and left the room with a quick goodbye wave. “Hey! Alex!” A young girl ran in she looked around the age of 14, she was very adorable. She was some of the very few werewolves who had blonde hair; her eyes are blue which is very strange for a wolf. Alex understood being different so after talking to her once there best friends. “Hi Michelle!” She pounced on Alex, well she’s like his little sister nothing romantic its just she looks up to Alex maybe more then Vivian. “Hey what’s wrong with Vivian?” she turned her head to the side like a confused puppy. “Ah Vivian’s just being a stubborn old mule.” She giggled at his playful attitude. “Hey Alex wanna hunt with me tonight?!” She loves hunting with him because he always seems to do all the work and she gets all the food because he sees her as a baby. “Sorry but not tonight besides the sun will be up in less then five minutes.” Being half vampire and all, the sun still burns him, it may not kill him but the pain is too unbearable to deal with.
She sat on his lap and hit him with her pig tails.
“Aw what a downer!” She pouted fixing her pigtails, even though she still behaved like a child technically she wasn’t a child. For wolves she was the right age to reproduce if she could. Not many of them could reproduce only those who are born wolf can create new ones, Including: Vivian, Lucy, Michelle’s mother etc. Michelle was different though she was born with a defect, she has no wolf form. She’s just like a human girl except the hunger for raw meat and flesh and the fangs. This is good when it comes to hunting humans for example they were in the park.
(Flash back.)
“Help me someone please he’s going to KILL me!!!” Michelle ran to a man sitting on the park bench masturbating to a filthy magazine, and in a park too disgusting! “Please sir he’s going to kill me!” She would cry while he rushed his hand out of his pants. “Who’s going to kill you!?” The man would stand touching her with his filthy hands. “Where did you go little rabbit!? Come out and play some more!” Alex would try to make his voice sound evil and dangerous and Michelle would try not to laugh. “Who’s there?! Stay where you are!” Alex’s shadow would appear like a ghost upon the floor. The man will try to protect the innocent little girl or so he thought. “Who’s this you’ve got little rabbit?” Alex would appear standing behind them and Michelle will make a frightened yell “Ahh were gonna both die!” “What do you mean!?”
At this point they can’t hold in there laughter. “Wow old man you should have seen your face!” Alex will laugh while she joined in on the laugh. “You bastard kids! You get a laugh out of scaring me like that telling me I’m gonna die! I should sue your asses!” Alex will rise from his laughter and wipe the laughing tear from his face. “No your still gonna die just not her.” The mans expression will go blank and Michelle will rip his throat out. “Yuck he’s gone sour!” She spat his meat out. “Well at least we had fun doing it!” Alex picked him up by his hands. “Hey cut his hands off.” Michelle will say in disgust, “why his hands?” “He did disturbing things with them!” “Ohh…ohh eww! Aw gross!” He’ll drop him.
(Back to present)
“Ok? Who are you?” (Me? I’m the narrator.) “What are you talking about?” (No I mean I’m a dream….000hhhh) “Okay?”
“So sorry Michelle but don’t you have school today?” Alex asked her once she was out of her imagination. “I think so but I don’t like school its always so boring and I have to starve myself the whole day.” She complained standing up and walking around restlessly. “Can’t I sleep in your bed till you wake up?” She begged he would have said yes but her mom is a-well a bitch, she probably accuse Alex of something perverted. “Sorry you should go to school this could be your only chance to live a normal life…….sort of.” She looked at him and looked like she was going to bawl, she is very childish. “My life will never be normal, you know that.” She regained her composure; she looked into Vivian’s big mirror and touched her abnormally blonde hair and her eyes filled with sadness. “Mother, why’d she mate with a human? Now it’s as if I’m left of her sin or that is what it feels like. I don’t have a reason to be here or in the human world, people...er...creatures like me have no purpose any where.” She tried to hide her face so Alex couldn’t see her cry. “Its ok Michelle, Vivian and I accept you.” He hugged her to try to comfort her. “No she doesn’t I can see it in her eyes.” “Her eyes?” “Yes because our eyes never meet and when she first saw me I didn’t feel that warmth that the others feel when they first meet her, I felt nothing but coldness and I knew she saw me as every one else did, the defect.” Alex’s heart was hurt by the sound of this because he did feel that warmth even before he was changed, it was faint but it was there. “Oh man its dawn you should probably get to sleep Alex.” She started to walk away, but he grabbed her hand stopping her in her tracks. “You can stay in my room if you want.” Her eyes lit up as they headed for Alex’s room.

“Anthony get you useless ass down here its time for your chores!” Who’s
   Anthony? “Alright *cough cough* I’m coming now!” Oh my god that boy he looks all skin and bones, his clothes are small and ripped, he looks like he hasn’t bathed in years. “Are you hungry Anthony?” Of course he’s hungry look at him! “Yes.” He nodded getting his hopes up, “well you should go buy yourself something to eat then.” Her fat ass had locked the refrigerator and cabinets and left eating a piece of chicken, poor guy why won’t he fight for himself? He’ll die if he doesn’t do something! “I’m so tired of chores, of her, of going hungry and thirsty. I can barely move anymore, Dear mom I’m trying my best but I don’t think I can take much more of this.” What the? a bridge! No kid you don’t have to! I’ll help you! He jumped off.

“No kid!” He looked around curiously until he remembered where he was, Michelle slept beside him and the sun had gone down. He leaped out of the bed causing her to wake. “Alex what’s wrong?!” She got nervous, but noticed nothing strange. “Someone is calling me; I have to go before they do something drastic.” He put his shoes on quickly and ran out of the room. He ran to the spot which was similar to the bridge in his dreams, 1 hour passed then 2 until he finally found that place which looked like the one in his dreams. On the bridge sat a boy, face buried in his arms but Alex could smell the salt in his tears. “Are you ok?” Alex walked over to the poor boy who sulked on the floor. “Huh? Yeah I’m fine, don’t worry.” The boy rouse from the ground and wiped the tears from his face. “You were gonna jump?” He stopped the boy from walking away. “Yeah but I’m too afraid of death.” The boy turned to face this man. “You fear death? You don’t like your life but you don’t want to die.” Alex was confused when he lost his family that night he wanted to kill himself and had no fear of it, perhaps this boy thought differently. “No I want to die but I’m too scared to do it on my own anyway.” The boy s face was very pale and skinny; it sickened him to see someone so skinny. “I can give you a new life.” Alex walked close to the boy and the boy was curious, at this point in his life he wouldn’t mind a change. “New life what do you mean?” The boy spoke and his breath smelt terrible, his stomach was so empty you could smell it. Even a human could smell it but probably won’t recognize it. “Yes a life away from the hell you live in.” He said the words Vivian said when she changed him long ago. “You’ll be able to live like any other person but you will be no longer bound to the limitations of a human. You’ll be truly free of all that torments and hurts you; your enemies will have no power over you.” The boy’s eyes lit up of the thought of it; to be free from that bitch he calls aunty. “How can you do this?” “Simple all you have to do is except that new life which I give to you. Don’t fight it and you’ll be fine no doubt.” Alex swore to the boy garneting a life away from that woman. “Alight I’ll do it.” Alex walked closer to the boy and smiled, sharp teeth hung from his mouth, he bit into the boy’s skinny neck. Unlike most of his kind Alex has to give blood to his “child” as some like to say. Him being half vampire he has a choice what to make them. Vampire, ware wolf he could chose either depending on what he dose while he bites them, If he drinks there blood he could make them Vampires but to be sure there gonna be ware wolves he must give them some of his blood. “Ah!” The boy yelped in the pain of the bite, it hurt worse then anything he’s ever felt before. “Relax don’t fight it and it’ll be over quicker.” He whispered into the boy’s ear, Alex bit on his own wrist and allowed the boy to drink from him. The boy drank his blood like a baby with a boodle pulling at his arm violently. “Alright now let go.” Alex pulled his arm away and the boy shouted. “No matter what you do it always seems to hurt your first time.” Alex licked some of the extra blood off his wrist. Alex herd the cracking and breaking of the boy’s bones and it always was gross to watch, I mean your skin looks all bubbly and messed up its just so unappealing to look at. “There all finished now that wasn’t so hard now was it Anthony?” Alex patted the boy’s now furry head. “How do you know my name?” The boy spoke but it came out more of a whimper, Alex understood it though of course. “I saw you in my dream that’s how I knew you’d be here, you needed my help and I helped.” The boy looked around he smelt things he didn’t know were there. “How do I change back?” “Oh that’s easy all you have to do is remember what you looked like as a human same way if you want to be a wolf again.” The boy took a few seconds but then returned to his original shape. “Now that blood should hold you long enough to get cleaned because quite frankly you smell like a donkey behind.” The boy sniffed his arms and his face turned green. “Eww I’m the smelly kid?” He looked at his tethered clothes. “Come on lets get you clean.” Alex grabbed the boy and headed for the pack’s home. The walked swiftly through the woods leading to the large manor that held all the ware wolves in it, if this was found they could be in trouble depending on how many vampires there are. “Inside here, come on you have to wash in here because are pack is too cheap to buy a shower.” There was a lake inside the passage way and it surprised him, a lake indoors he’s heard of it but never seen one before. “There’s some shampoo on the mantle so yeah.” The boy looked very confused as he picked up the pink bottle. “No that’s for the girls; you want the one that says ‘Old spice’ next to it.” The boy still looked confused, touching the bottle in curiously. “Shampoo? How do I use it?” Alex didn’t know weather to laugh or cry at his question. “Are you serious?” The boy nodded up and down, and then smiled for some reason. “Oh god that lady never gave you shampoo, what about soap?” “Nope.” He smiled brightly. “Oh god really? No wonder you smell so bad. Well you poor it in your hand like this.” He grabbed the shampoo and pored it in his hand. “Then you scrub it into your hair.” He put the soap on his hands onto the boy’s hands and he began to scrub. “Ahh my eyes!” “Don’t let it get into your eyes!” “It’s burning!” “Wash it out!” “How!?” “Put water in it stupid!” “I can’t see!” Through out Anthony’s grooming he almost went blind. “Hey Alex I thought you said human things wont hurt me anymore!?” Anthony’s eyes were super red in a bad almost infected look. “Yeah I didn’t say purposely get soap in your eyes!” He grinned at this boy's childish actions.
